Who we are
For more than 20 years, we have supported several hundred companies and entrepreneurs in Switzerland, Spain, Germany and France.
Our experience ranges from scale-ups and technology ventures to established SMEs with revenues of up to approximately CHF 100 million.
We have particular experience with B2B technology and industrial companies — businesses with complex products, specialised markets, international customers and demanding growth or transformation challenges.
Our approach is deliberately hands-on. We do not simply analyse a situation and deliver recommendations. We work alongside founders, management and shareholders to define what needs to happen and help make it happen.
