Andreas is a partner at Notter & Partner, a Law and Notary boutique with offices in Bern. He is the former secretary general of the Swiss Federation of Notaries and the founder of swissNot, first and single nationwide network of notaries.

Andreas cooperates in turnaround and ownership transition projects by bringing in his legal and notarial expertise. Andreas enjoys using creativity to find simple but adequate legal solutions that match the interests of entrepreneurs and shareholders.
