Benedict is the founder of BST Management Consulting. He leads turnaround management projects for mid-sized companies and acts as angel manager for startups.

Benedict is a mechanical engineer with a track record as an early serial entrepreneur and as a corporate executive in information technology and manufacturing. As a management consultant he has served clients in automotive and electronics manufacturing, nuclear power generation, water sanitation and medical technology.

Benedict brings a high energy package of creativity, strategic and operational experience to lead troubled or stalled companies out of challenging situations. He advises and works hands-on with senior management teams, boards of directors, entrepreneurs, investors and creditors. Benedict particularly enjoys technology and complex multilingual, multinational and multicultural situations.

As a commitment to promoting entrepreneurship Benedict acts as an angel manager and leads initiatives to coach and support early stages startups.
